Insulation and Windows

house

The Consumers Energy Insulation and Windows (INWIN) Program is designed to improve the energy performance and durability of existing residential housing in Consumers Energy service territories. The program offers financial incentives to participating homeowners for the installation of qualifying insulation and windows measures in eligible single- and multifamily dwellings (fewer than four units).

The objective of the program is to increase the demand for energy-efficient improvements for insulation and windows to produce long-term electric and natural gas energy savings to Consumers Energy residential customers. The rebates help offset the cost difference between choosing a standard product and an energy-efficient one.

Become a Participating Contractor

As a participating contractor in the Consumers Energy INWIN Program, you can expand your business and provide customers with more comfortable, safe and durable homes. You can help reduce their energy use by offering incentives for installing:

  • Roof (Attic) Insulation
  • Above-Grade Wall Insulation
  • Basement Wall Insulation
  • Crawlspace Insulation
  • Rim Joist Insulation
  • Windows
  • Patio Doors

You'll be able to effectively address many of the problems homeowners often experience, such as:

  • High energy use
  • Rooms that don't heat or cool properly
  • Moisture issues

Consumers Energy helps generate valuable leads by promoting the program to our customers.
