CONSUMERS ENERGY HVAC YEAR END ANNOUNCEMENT

Thank you for your continued participation in the Consumers Energy Heating and Cooling (HVAC) program in 2020. We are pleased to announce the continuation of the program into 2021.

HVAC Program Update: Reminder to Submit All Applications With ECM Motors

As we move closer to the end of the year, the Consumers Energy Heating, Cooling and Water Heating (HVAC) program would like to issue a reminder to submit your 2020 program year applications as soon as possible to ensure prompt payment of rebates to your customers. Consumers Energy HVAC applications will be accepted through Dec. 31, 2020 to be paid from 2020 program year funds.

Furnace Replacement Bonus Promotion Now Available in Select Zip Codes

The Consumers Energy Heating, Cooling and Water Heating (HVAC) program will be running the following rebate bonus promotion for customers who install a high efficiency furnace in the Midland, Saginaw, and Gladwin areas to support ongoing recovery efforts from this summer's flooding.

NEW MOBILE APPLICATION SUBMISSION PLATFORM: SIGHTLINE MOBILE

The Consumers Energy and DTE Energy Heating and Cooling programs are launching a new mobile rebate application submission platform to improve your ability to submit rebate applications from the field. Sightline Mobile is replacing the Power Rebate App (PRA), which will be deactivated and no longer able to accept application submissions effective September 30, 2020.

UPCOMING MIDSTREAM CONTRACTOR TRAININGS

To simplify the rebate application process, water heater (storage and tankless) rebates have been shifted exclusively to the distributor-based midstream channel for the Consumers Energy and DTE Energy Heating and Cooling (HVAC) programs.
